A self-care ritual can be anything you choose to help you feel refreshed and ready to live your best life. It can be as simple as making a cup of tea or taking a hot bath. Some of us have rituals like going to the gym or yoga class. There are many self-care rituals out there and you can create your own.
- Burn incense ~ Upon waking or before starting your work day, burn incense to purify your space, clear the mind and stimulate creativity. Use natural incense: Frankincense, Sandalwood, Yatra Incense

- Set an intention, taking deep breathes into your heart space say the following: ‘May I release all energies that are not of love vibration and free my mind and body of all that no longer serves me for my highest good. I send back any energies that are not mine with love. I am present in this moment and grounded with life force energy. So be it, and so it is.’
